New Look

I gave the blog a makeover. I quite like the new look, but I’m aware that the feeling may not be mutual among my readers.

The site may look distorted to those who use Internet Explorer, but quite like my good friend Mary, I harbour little sympathy for this. Get Firefox.

I think I like the old one better, it was more colorful, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

Although I am kind of curious as to what it looks like on IE. I may have to go on a school computer to find out…

Why is everybody changing the look? Should I change mine too?

  3. By Tortilla on Apr 20, 2008 | Reply

I changed mine because my old layout wouldn’t allow widgets.

I don’t even know what a widget is. The new look makes me want to drink some Sunny D.

Don’t ever mention that drink in my presence.

It’s been such a long time since I installed it, so I don’t remember very well, but I think one of the installation steps asks you if you want to import your bookmarks or favorites. No harm in installing it.

When I installed it, it imported my bookmarks. But I was switching from Safari to Firefox, so I’m not too sure about the IE to Firefox. I can’t really remember ever using IE at home before, lol. Before we had Firefox, we used Netscape.
